Types of rhinoplasty offered
Functional rhinoplasty
Designed to correct nasal obstruction caused by septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy or nasal valve collapse. The goal is to restore airflow without significantly changing the external appearance.
Aesthetic rhinoplasty
Focused on reshaping the external appearance of the nose: dorsal reduction or augmentation, tip refinement, asymmetry correction or nostril reshaping.
Septorhinoplasty
Combines functional septal correction with aesthetic refinement in a single surgical procedure — the most common scenario for patients who want both to breathe better and to improve shape.
Piezo rhinoplasty (ultrasonic)
In selected cases, bony remodelling can be performed with ultrasonic piezo technology for greater precision and reduced soft-tissue trauma. Particularly useful for hump reduction, dorsal refinement and bony asymmetry.
Revision rhinoplasty
Indicated when a previous rhinoplasty did not achieve the expected result or caused functional problems. Rib-cartilage grafts may be required for structural reconstruction.
Consultation and planning
The rhinoplasty consultation includes a detailed history, analysis of facial proportions, external and internal nasal examination (septum, turbinates, nasal valve), assessment of breathing function and discussion of realistic, stable results. Photographic analysis and — when appropriate — visual planning tools help align expectations before surgery.

Fellowship with EAFPS in Zagreb (2021–2022) under Dr. Peter J.F.M. Lohuis (Chairman of the EAFPS Education Committee). Rhinoplasty observerships with Dr. Dirk Jan Menger at UMC Utrecht (2020) and Dr. Pietro Palma at The Face Clinic in Milan (2018). Additional hands-on training in Istanbul and Izmir.
